Bollywood Dance Scene (BDS) and OUT in the Backyard (OIBY) present the HOLI Party at Powderhorn Park. Mark the arrival of spring by celebrating at an outdoor Bollywood dance party of colors. For a suggested donation of $10, you can dance and play at this family friendly festival which provides organic colors, fun Indian snacks, and dance music by DJ Manav. When the Bollywood music and Indian snacks whet your appetite, look for the Hot Indian Foods truck, named City Pages’ Best Food Truck Minneapolis 2015, to be parked at Powderhorn. Proceeds from this event benefit the work of OIBY and BDS. Shower each other in color and say, “Holi hai!” Rain or shine - be the rainbow!
