On this week's True Brit! host Simon Husbands will be celebrating all things DRUMS – drummers, songs with drummers, drummers with songs – you get the idea! To help, Simon has enlisted two of the finest drummers to join in. Chris McAtee and Sean Sauder from the Katy Vernon Band and the Flamin' Ohs will be in the studio discussing drumming and drummers, and trying to drum up support for their favorites! Join Simon, Sean and Chris on Friday night at midnight!

Troubadour-style balladeer and genre-bending songwriter Larry Long stops by Pam Without Boundaries Monday morning to talk about a revue happening at the Dakota Jazz Club and Restaurant Friday, November 22nd. Robert Robinson, JD Steele, and Tonia Hughes join Long for an evening of "American Roots" backed by a powerhouse band including Cory Wong and Michael Bland.

Fans of Madeleine Peyroux, Norah Jones, brushed-snare drum jazz sounds of yesteryear and talented musicianship should tune in to “Pam Without Boundaries” Monday morning, July 15th, for an interview with Leftover Cuties. The four-piece from Los Angeles will be at the Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant on Wednesday and will celebrate a brand new CD out next week. Fans of the Showtime series starring Laura Linney, “The Big C,” already enjoy Leftover Cuties a lot as this group does the theme song to that show. You’ll also have a chance to see them at the Dakota when you listen to the music and interview with Leftover Cuties on KFAI Monday, starting at 10:30am.

Singer-songwriter Anthony Novak joins Pam this morning on Pam Without Boundaries to share his lovely Americana music. He’s been quietly impressing people in local clubs with his tender songwriting, skilled guitar work and the excellent musicianship of his band. Tune in at 10:30am to hear about Novak’s trek from Minnesota to New York to New Mexico and back to Minnesota and the music he made along the way. The Anthony Novak Band will play at the 331 Club this Thursday, September 5th and at the Acadia later this month.
