DAN REIN is  KFAI producer/host of "Centuries Song" (Sun. 8AM) who explores traditional music from cultures around the world. He's also a musician who's visited and studied music of Iran. He's created a CD, "Just One Breath", that sets words of Persian poet Omar Khayyam to that music of Iran. MILES LORD was part of a post-WWII circle of Minnesota liberals that included Hubert Humphrey, Eugene McCarthy and Orville Freeman (eventually MN governor) who merged the under-dog Democratic Party with the more leftist Farmer-Labor Party. Lord was Minnesota State Attorney General but, is most known as a federal district judge.

It's the 35th annual HOMELESS MEMORIAL MARCH and SERVICE in Minneapolis—-organized by SIMPSON HOUSING, who has worked to address the needs of people experiencing homelessness—-in immediate crisis and to find housing stability.

Learn about Dyslexia—commonly considered a learning disability—but,something more nuanced and complicated—with two Minnesota men who live it. They've started a support group to help adults with dyslexia (or parents wanting to help their children with it): Understanding and Living With
